Never box? Our beginner classes are designed with beginners in mind.  We teach the fundamentals of school boxing such as:

  • The true boxing stance
  • Balance and footwork
  • Punching techniques
  • Defense and Countering
  • And much more

While gradually building up your fitness, stamina, endurance, strength & conditioning.
